Store Policies
RYNO TOOLS RETURN POLICY
- Any returned products will be given store credit only.
- Some items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Opened merchandise may ONLY be exchanged for the exact same item and may NOT be returned for a store credit.
- Items must be CLEAN. Any unclean good(s) received will be returned to the customer without a store credit.
- All products must be returned 100% complete, contain all original boxes, tags, packing materials, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
- If you receive an incorrect item or damaged item, contact Ryno Tools IMMEDIATELY for a return shipping label. WE WILL NOT PAY SHIPPING FOR RETURNED ITEMS IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE.
- If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Ryno Tools IMMEDIATELY for an inspection and a pick up.
